Yes. SoftLumina pieces are made with natural crystal materials selected for their beauty, texture, and emotional meaning.

Because natural crystals can vary in tone, clarity, texture, and internal patterns, each piece may look slightly different. We see these subtle differences as part of the natural beauty of every piece.

What materials do you use?

Our pieces are made with natural crystals and carefully selected accent materials.

Metal details may vary by design. Some pieces may include sterling silver or gold-plated accents, while others may use refined gold-tone or silver-tone metal accents. Please review each product page for the most accurate material details.

How do I choose my size?

Measure your wrist where you normally wear a bracelet. For a comfortable everyday fit, we recommend adding about 0.5 in / 1.3 cm to your wrist measurement.

If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Each SoftLumina piece is made with natural crystals, so subtle variations in color, clarity, texture, and internal patterns may occur.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are carefully prepared within 1–2 business days before shipment.

Most U.S. orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package.

Will I receive tracking information?

Do you accept returns?

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with any original packaging when applicable.
